Reservations & Cancellations Policies

Reservations

1. We require a deposito equal to 50% of the total for your stay to confirm your reservation. We will provide the bank account information by e-mail.
2. The remainder of the account must be liquidated on arrival.

Cancellations

1. Any cancellations requested more than 16 nights in advance will bear a charge equal to 20% of the total of the account.
2. Any cancellations requested 10 to 15 nights in advance will bear a charge equal to 50% of the total of the account.
3. There will be no refunds for cancellations requested less than 7 nights in advance.
4. All refunds will be made via bank deposit.
